Lauren Jones, a Los Angeles-based fashion designer and the driving force behind Elle & Reid Consulting, is a dynamic leader in the industry. As the former Vice President of Product Design and Development for LA-based men's active lifestyle brand Legends, Lauren's career is a testament to her creativity, innovation, and unwavering passion for fashion.
 

Growing up in Boston, Lauren's love for the arts blossomed early, nurtured by classes at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Her fashion journey took root at Iowa State University, where she majored in Apparel, Merchandising, Design & Production, with a minor in Creative Design. A life-changing opportunity to study abroad at the renowned London College of Fashion further deepened her expertise, laying the foundation for a career that would span multiple facets of the fashion industry.

After graduation, Lauren honed her craft across various roles, gaining deep knowledge in fit, patterns, product development, and concept design. One of her standout moments came during her time as Senior Design Manager at Reebok, where her innovative approach earned her a U.S. design patent for the fabric, concept, and design of a franchise running jacket.

Lauren's intuitive creative vision has propelled her to design for some of the world’s most influential fashion, athleisure, and streetwear brands. As the Design Director at Fabletics, she led the concept, development, and design of the Men's product line, building it from the ground up in collaboration with a talented team. Adding to an impressive portfolio that includes senior design roles at Juicy Couture, Reebok, and Adidas, her work has been seen on celebrities and athletes like Logan Wilson, Al Horford, Paul George, Floyd Mayweather, and entertainers like Drake, Snoop Dogg, Jabari Banks, and Kevin Hart.

As one of the few women of color in corporate fashion, Lauren has made her mark with relentless drive and an unyielding passion for creative expression.
